How long will my Swig Life drinkware keep my beverages cold?

Our triple-insulated technology keeps drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours, depending on the specific product line and environmental conditions.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Most of our tumblers, mugs, and bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand washing to preserve the vibrant finish and longevity of the vacuum seal.

What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?

We offer standard shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

We stand by our quality. Swig Life offers a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper use.

Are Swig Life products BPA-free?

Absolutely. All of our drinkware and lids are 100% BPA-free and made from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 stainless steel.
